I want to share my story and offer support for people who have Migraines. “Migraine does not discriminate. It affects individuals from all walks of life, professions, and cultures. What sets migraineurs apart is not who they are or what they do, but how they take control of their lives and their disease.”

Happy 2012!!!
I had a great time with family and friends today! We had a fish fry and ate some black eye peas...yummy! Ok here is a tip for people who suffer from migraines. Keep a journal of everything you eat and do that you think is triggering your migraines. Also medication that you taking for migraines; when your start taking them, dose and when you stop. This may help you down the road if you ever go to a headache specialist or if there a drug recall. If you are taking other medicine that not for your migraines also keep track of them too because we do not know the long term effect of all the medicine. I know this help someone out there. I hope this year we make steps to finding a cure or a prevent treatment for migraines! 2012 will be the YEAR!!!!!
